2006年至2007年，美国路易斯维尔大学，访问学者

2004年，北京航空航天大学博士后出站，一般力学专业，聘为副教授。

2002年，北京航空航天大学博士毕业，人机与环境工程专业

1985年，山东理工大学本科毕业，机械工程专业

专业领域：

系统综合评估；工程相关的人因测量；计算机辅助设计

研究方向：

飞机人机工效综合评估；飞行机组负荷研究与适航验证；人体建模与虚拟仿真；人机工效标准研制；人机工效评价技术与评价方法研究；三维模型构建和交互式虚拟现实等。

取得成果：

大客机驾驶舱人机工效研究虚拟评估系统；飞行员操作程序评估系统研究；头面部三维尺寸国家标准；先进飞机座舱布局设计以及人机工效分析；飞机座舱的计算机辅助人机工效评估；基于三维模型构建技术和交互式虚拟现实技术的交互式培训课件。
